Extension Table Circular Saw Made

To make an extension for your circular saw table, you can not only increase the capacity of the latter, but also can simplify the handling of plywood panels and wide boards. The dimensions of the unit, which is built with pins mounted in a frame made of pieces of 1 x 2, are determined both by the size of the saw and the type of work you want done.

Currents tweezers mounted on a wooden base are an excellent support where tying lures to fishing line. Matching holes are drilled through both handles of the pliers, and then inserting a bolt through them. To maintain the necessary place separate handles on a spring compression bolt. It wing nut screwed onto the bolt, in order to close the pliers tightly. Blind holes in the base accommodate the ends of wooden handles, thereby keeping the pliers in a vertical position.

Tightening the wing nut to set the hook in the jaws and, as soon as you loosen the nut, the compression spring automatically extends the jaws to release the hook. Ensure that the diameter of the bolt used is as small as possible so that the holes in the handles are too large and no clamps make it unusable. A machine that can make a breakthrough in our woodworking shop is a table saw, especially when giving the slats and wooden boards to the desired dimensions.

The idea, as we have seen in many places, is screwing our disc saw a board, cut a slot for the blade comes out the other side and put the board with the saw upside down in a table structure. To turn the saw need to lock the switch of the machine with a flange or other system like you see in the video.

The machine anyway should not plug directly to the power supply, we have to put a switch to power down safely. I will use you see in the picture I have of a workbench to no longer give much use. It is advisable to use something, because this type of switch is not easy to trigger accidentally. If you put a simple switch or power strip with switch must so that you can put on and off the machine safely.
